He was predeceased by: his wife Debby Lin Clark; his parents, Farrell Clark and Sallie Hartley Clark; his siblings, Janice Myers and Erwin Anthony "Tony" Clark; and his sister-in-law Janie Clark.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Debby; his stepson Eric DeCosta (Rhonda) of Evans, GA; and his brothers, Marshall Clark, Chris Clark, Steven Clark (Debra) and William Heyward "Billy" Clark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
