With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lester Roland Odom Jr. of Alcolu, South Carolina, whose life came to an end on July 18, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Odom and Ida Odom; his grandson Sam Odom; and his siblings, Wilma Rowell, Glenn, Charles, Jack and Larry Odom.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Lowery Odom; his children, Rolanda Best of Chapin, Al Odom (Sharon) of Chapin, Barry Odom (Sue) of Chapin, Neil Masincupp (Crystal) of Blythewood, Ginger Leeman (Jonathan) of Winchester, VA and Rebecca Marlowe (Brad) of Stafford, VA.; and his sister Joan Corn of Cartersville, GA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clarendon Baptist Church (1780 Main St, Alcolu, SC 29001). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
