He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Dawson and Tee Etta Dawson; and his siblings, Nellie Mae Dawson, Ida Mae Dawson, Daniel Dawson and Harvey Dawson.
He is survived by : his wife Brenda Dawson; his children, Terria McDonald (Kevin) of Decatur, GA., Syretta Martin of Anderson, SC, Andrew Dawson, Jr. of Toccoa, GA. and Markeese Churchwell of Decatur, GA.; and his sister Christine McDuffie of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
