She was predeceased by : her husband Vernon Crosby; her parents, Willie Strong and Annie Jo Strong of Washington; her son Theotis Davis; her siblings, Willie Strong, Ernest Strong, Ransom Strong and Ella Strong Smith; and her grandson Raheem Blassingame.

She is survived by : her children, Sara Harris (Calvin) of Anderson, SC, Teresa Chancellor (Ronald) of Grand Rapids, MI, Surbitha Davis of Greenville, SC and Johnny Davis (Tanger) of Greer, SC; her grandson Sherrada Davis of Anderson, SC; and her brothers, Benjamin of Anderson, SC and David Strong of Anderson, SC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grand-children and three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
