With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Herrin Hinson of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Arlis C. Hinson, Jr.; her parents, Ralph H. Herrin, Sr. and Bradis Eleanor Stennett Herrin; her sister Nell Drew Herrin Phillips; and her nephew Brent Herrin Phillips.
She is survived by: her brother Herman Herrin (Sharon) of Hattiesburg; her brother-in-law Frank Phillips of Philadelphia, Mississippi.; her sibling's children, Andrea Louise Phillips Chesney (Tim) of Brandon, Howard Layne Herrin (Sherry) of High Level and Kevin Scott Herrin of Solana Beach, CA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar Chesney, Gavin, Parker Herrin, Harper, Kemper and Knox Herrin.
