She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Babb and Grace Gossett Babb; and her husband Brian Riggins. She is survived by: her brothers, Roger Babb of Woodruff and James Babb of Bluffton.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gray Court City Cemetery.
