He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Carlton Walker and Katie Sadler Walker; and his siblings, Toby Walker, Wayne Walker, Leota Gregory and Chanie Dotson.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Robinson Walker; and his children, Carlton Edward Walker of Perry, FL, John Wesley Walker, Jr. of Fort Gaines, GA, Cindy Runyan (Lindy) of Fort Mill, SC and Angie Frengel (David) of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
