He is survived by : his parent Elizabeth Rivers; his stepchildren, Charlotte Williams, Gwendolyn Nelson (Ricky), Wendy C. Williams, Eunice T. Williams, LaTonya Sanders (Leon) and Shanna D. Williams; his siblings, Esther Mae Jenkns (Leroy), Delores Mitchell, Irvin McNeal, Nathan McNeal and Newton McNeal; and his sibling-in-law Lillian McNeal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins and friends.
