She was predeceased by : her nephew John E. Hicks. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Maggie, Grayson and Ginger; her niece Gray Hicks Johnston; her nephews, Bob and Chris Pflum; her children, Dr. Laurie M. Hicks and James V. Hicks, Jr.; and also, Carol, Peggy and Paula. She is also survived by two uncles and one aunt that had no children.
