It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toby Ray Harsey (Bamberg, South Carolina), born in Neeses, South Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Harsey and Eula Hoover Harsey; and his son Tony Ray Harsey. He is survived by: his wife Frances Wood Harsey; his daughters, Tonya Harsey and Sherry Allen (Tommy); his grandchildren, Derrick Searson, Summer Allen, Brad Allen, Justin Allen, Destiny Craddock, Raylyn Craddock and Adleigh Craddock; his great grandchild Landon Searson; and his siblings, Fanny Gleaton, Billy Harsey and Johnny Hoover.
