He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Barrett Baxley; and his wife Margaret Joanne Baxley. He is survived by: his parent Geneva Birt; his daughters, Donna Dixon (Bill) of Barnwell, Teresa Hogg (Andy) of Barnwell, Dana Williams of Barnwell and Bill Saxon of Barnwell; his grandchildren, Heather Dixon of Barnwell, Stephanie Kennedy (Alan) of Barnwell, Malory Hogg of Barnwell, Cohen Williams of Barnwell, Andi Hogg of Barnwell and Cassie Williams of Barnwell; and his great grandchildren, Annaleigh Kennedy, Weslynn Kennedy, Emma Bolen, Hunter Bolen, Aubrey Jones, Zylar Williams and Evan Williams.
