He was predeceased by: his parent L. B. Baxley; and his siblings, Mildred Black, Louise Steed, Leroy, Romey, Jimmy, Ralph, Clifford and George Still.
He is survived by: his parent Lucille Still Baxley; his wife Linda Bessinger Baxley; his children, Jeffrey Baxley (Crystal) and Diana Baxley Zorn; his stepchildren, Melinda Ray Hutto (Clint), Ricky Ray (Tracy), Bill Ray and Bob Ray of Barnwell; and his siblings, Jackie Baxley (Betty Jean) of Barnwell and Helen Still Hutto of Blackville. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
