She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Cecil and Alberta Waters Smith; her husband C. J. Price; her daughter Carlene McCoy; her daughter-in-law Beverly Price; and her siblings, Drayton Smith, Edna Manchester and Vernell Carver.
She is survived by : her son John Wesley Price; and her siblings, P. L. "Peanut" Smith (Carolyn) and Raffeta Buzhardt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
