He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred C. West Sr. and Mary Bonnelle King West; his wife Ann Wilson West; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Lane and Blanche Perrott.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey C. West and Emily Kathryn McCoy (Algie); his sister Gloria Elizabeth West; and his granddaughters, Megan McCoy and Kayla McCoy. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
