He is survived by: his sister Marjorie Marinaccio (Louis); his close friend Arlene Barton; his children, Deborah Barton, James Barton (Kristie), Daniel Barton, Jonathan Barton (Christol) and David Barton; his grandchildren, Jonathan M. Barton (Holly Petersen-Overton), Peyton Barton-Barrineau, Alexander Barton (Arryanna Jordan), Dillon Barton, Abigail Barton (Ethan Spence), Andrew Barton and Sydney Barton (Andrew Brinson); and his great grandchildren, Nova Barton, Asher Barton, Michael Barrineau, Presleigh Barrineau and Giovanni Barton.
