It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ira Alewin of Belton, South Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilford Alewine and Daisy Mae Brock Alewine; and his siblings, Cecil, Floyd Alewine and Hazel Brock.

He is survived by : his wife Lynda Bagwell Alewine; his children, Wayne Alewine (Heidi) of Pickens, Brandy Kinsey (Jonathan) of North Carolina, Holly Langston (Corey) of Belton, Angel and Tyler Jordan of Nashville; his sisters, Cathy Alewine and Nancy Ann Brown (Fred); and his pets, Katie, Ralphie and Thor.
