He is survived by: his mother Ella Frances Black Lewis; his wife Sylvia Diane Buchanan Lewis; his daughter Cynthia Denise Simpson Copeland (Randy); his sister Cooper Lewis Peay (Bob) of Monroe, GA; his sister-in-law Fran Lewis of Bennettsville; his nephew Heath Lewis (Gail); his nieces, Kristen Knudson (Blair), Jamie Shear and Emily Przybyiski; his grandchildren, Nikki (Gabe), Sydney and Lindsey; and his great grandchild Landon.
