It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Curtis Gainey (Bethune, South Carolina), who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James R. Gainey and Annie Lucille Cassady Gainey; his wife Grace Eubanks Gainey; and his siblings, Lillian Baker and Thomas L. Gainey.
He is survived by : his children, Burton Gainey (Christy), Jenny Gainey and Derrick Gainey (Christina Selle); his grandchildren, Hannah, Chase and Jack; his siblings, Glenn Gainey (Kathy), Iris Draft (Bobby) and Joan Horton (Donnie); and his sister-in-law Silveree Gainey.
