She was predeceased by: her son Willis Josey Woodham, Jr.; her parents, Gabriel Cloud Hill Jr. and Margaret Law Hill; and her sister Mary Hill Bryant. She is survived by: her spouse Willis Josey Woodham; her children, Martha Adger Woodham, Susan Chappell Woodham, Mary Woodham Randall (Tom) and Margaret Katherine "Kathy" Woodham (Steve Wong); her grandchildren, Harrison Woodham White (Will White), Wesley Randall, Meg Randall, Adam Wong (Vince Alarid), Allyn Wong (Nick Janaro), Willis Josey Woodham III and Conner Woodham; and her brother Gabriel Cloud Hill III. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and every friend.
