He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Myhand; his children, Bobby Coulter (Dawn) of Lexington, SC, Jamie Coulter of Bishopville and Lindsey Skidmore (Adam) of Bishopville; his grandchildren, Kirsten Coulter (Joey) of Lexington, SC, Ethan Coulter (Madison) of Lexington, SC, Wyatt Coulter of Lexington, SC, Finleigh and Fulton Skidmore of Bishopville; and his sisters, Lisa Outlaw (Camden) and Laura Vaughan (Lugoff). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Bishopville, SC 29010).
