He is survived by: his spouse Lois Catherine Carroll Spencer; his parent Dicey Anna Mae Patterson; his children, Tony Craig Spencer, Edward Wayne Spencer (Celeste), Keith Wylie Spencer, Theresa Mae Spencer and Angie Whitaker (Jeff); his grandchildren, April Orr (Colby), Kertus Davis, Joshua Craig May (Audrey), Elizabeth Powell, Jeremy Whitaker (Amber), Edward Wayne Spencer II (Anne), Jason Cole Spencer (Heather), Rachel Powell, Levi Powell (Tonya), Bryan Keith Spencer (Andrea) and Andrea Spencer; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Presley Orr, Brittany Ulrich (Sean), Cooper Davis, Joseph, Andrew Whitaker, Declan Powell, Phillip Spencer, Paisley, Jace Spencer, Novie, Silas Spencer, Jaxon, Spencer Powell, Jayden, Bane Lecroy, Toby Powell, Scarlet, Mercy, Josiah and Titus Spencer; and his great great grandchildren, Oliver and Seraphina Ulrich.
