He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha and William Heidt Cramer, Jr.; and his brother William, III. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Cramer; his children, Allen Cramer (Courtney), Edwin Lewis (Schelynn), Rick Cramer (Susan), Eric Lewis and Lori Lewis; his grandchildren, Aron Lewis (Ashley), Ryan Cramer, Haley Morris (Kevin), Nicholas Lewis, Erica Lewis, Megan Cramer and Tristan Lewis; his great grandchild Analyn Morris; and his siblings, Catherine Hitt, Dan Cramer (Carol) and Jerry Cramer (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
