He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Kelley. He is survived by: his parent Caroline Ramsey Beasley; his brother Jack Kelley (Debra); and his nephew Ramsey Kelley. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts & uncles.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry.
