He was predeceased by: his father Roland Alcantara. He is survived by: his wife Aimee; his mother Consuelo; his brother Edwin; and his siblings-in-law, Dulce, Ofelia, Alice, Lulu, Ed, Patricio and Raul. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or John Paul II School General Scholarship Fund.
