He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Scott Bender of Friedens, PA; and his grandparents, Ken and Thelma Griffith of Boswell, PA.. He is survived by: his parents, Cathy L. Griffith (Stutzman) and Marlin C. Griffith of Somerset, Pennsylvania.; his wife Jessica Andra Bender; his sisters, Beth Ann Houpt (Dave) of Friedens, PA and Dawn Davis (Greg) of Somerset, PA; his sister-in-law Kim Bender of Friedens, PA; his grandparents, Clifford and Sally Stutzman of Berlin, PA; his nieces and nephews, Britney Houpt, Devin Houpt (Laekyn), Brayden Houpt, Christian Bender, Hannah Drane and Tyler Drane; and his great-nephew Mason Graff. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
