He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Cook. He is survived by: his children, NJ, John Raymond Carroll, Jr. (Bunni), Kenneth Carroll (Kim) and Nancy Stout (Kevin); his sisters, Jean Taboada (Alberto), Margie Courtney (Jack) and Carroll; his grandsons, John III (Gina), Kenny, Alex, Shane and Luke; his great grandchild John Raymond Carroll IV; and his close friend Claire Wunder.
