He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilner and Ida Wilner; and his siblings, Burton, Charles, Richard Wilner, Avis Schwartz, Elinor Goldblatt, June Chason and Ruth Schloss.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Zallen Wilner of Lewiston; his children, Rhoda Wilner, Kenneth Wilner (Debra) and Karen Wilner Lavi; and his grandchildren, Faith Wilner, Adam Wilner, Elana Wilner and Elya Lavi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Temple Shalom Synagogue, Auburn, Maine.
