He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen Eileen Devlin Blue and Benjamin Jay Blue; his wife Carol Phillips Blue of Bluffton; his son Joshua Jay Blue (Amy) of Quincy, MA; his grandson Sawyer Macmillan Blue; and his siblings, Patrice Heinz (David) of Petoskey, MI, Bonnie DeRouchie (David) of Philippi, WV and Michael Meekins of McMinnville, TN. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
