He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Schroeder and Lillie Schroeder of Monroe; and his sister JoAnn Portteus. He is survived by : his wife Mary; his siblings, Susan Schroeder, Thomas Schroeder (Andrea) and Mary Gerweck (Keith); his niece Sarah of Michigan; his sister-in-law Joan Spencer Amado (Bener); and his nieces and nephews, Jodie Watson, Naomi, Hannah and Spencer Amado.
Donations may be made in Mr. Schroeder's memory to the American Cancer Society, the Salvation Army, or the Red Cross.
