She is survived by : her son Phillip Cooke Broome, IV (Cynthia) of Blythewood; her grandchildren, Rachel Broome Fights (Kenny) of San Antonio, TX, Daniel Broome of Columbia and Stephen Broome (Jessie) of Durham, NC; her great grandchild Jacob Fights of San Antonio, TX; and her brother Billy Dowey (Ruth) of Lugoff. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
