He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nathanel Driggers, Sr. (Willie) and Rachel Alice Driggers (Huff); his son Robert John Driggers, Jr.; and his siblings, Ala Mae Bowers, Noel Reeves, Betty Ann Mizell, Diana Driggers, Orion Legette, Charles A. Driggers, William N. Driggers, Jr. and Daniel N. Driggers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Driggers (Bob) and Loretta Lynn Fosdick (Scott); and his sister Janette Turner of Summerville. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Johns Bethel Baptist Church (136 St Johns Bethel St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Robert suggested memorials be made to his beloved church, St. Johns Bethel Baptist Church, 133 St Johns Bethel St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461, or to the S.P.C.A. & Humane Education Center of Sumter, 1140 S. Guignard Drive, Sumter, SC 29150.
