She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Fairey McAlhany; her parents, William Lewis Myers, Sr. and Agnes Amelia Atkins Myers; and her brothers, William Lewis Myers, Jr., Walter D. Myers and Wayne Roger Myers (Vernelle).
She is survived by: her children, B. Karey McAlhany (Sachiko) of Aiken, SC, Melody A. McAlhany of Branchville, SC and Charm M. Tollison (Murphy) of Branchville, SC; her grandchildren, William K. McAlhany (Amber) of Aiken, SC and Hannah T. King (Alex) of Moncks Corner, SC; her great grandchild Lee King; her siblings, Richard Alton Myers (Lynn) of St. George, Geneva M. Patrick of Summerville, Emily P. Watts of Summerville and Dixie M. Meyer; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Myers.
