He was predeceased by: his parents, George J Smoak Sr. and Lou Mae Carroll Smoak; and his brother George J Smoak Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Smoak of Branchville; his children, Marie McCormick (Harry), Marsha Caddell (David) and Horace "Lee" Smoak Jr. (Bob); his grandchildren, Kaylyn Wimberly (Annie), Trista Bishop (Cody), Shawna Caddell (Warren), Keriannah Black and Drew Duval; and his siblings, John Smoak (Linda), Lula Bell Roome (late Rick), Howard Smoak (Diane) and Rickey Smoak Sr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews cousins and friends.
