He was predeceased by: his spouse Cammie Brewer McIntosh; and his parents, James Earl McIntosh, Sr. and Evie Stringfield Hutto. He is survived by: his children, Betty Mack, Troy Smith (Jacqueline) and Kenny Smith; his siblings, Terry McIntosh (Jean), Connie Adkins (Jerry) and Yvonna McIntosh; his grandchildren, Carrie Cason (Larry), Dylan Mack (Holley) and Mathew Smith; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Cammielynn and Loretta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, countless friends.
Memorials in memory of James may be given to the Horse Creek Midland Valley Veterans Park, 3187 Augusta Road, Warrenville, SC 29851.
