She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Clyde and Lilly Mae Cox Brown; her son-in-law Eldridge Truett; her grandson Colin Hudson; and her siblings, Iris Jenene Brown and James Elliott Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Truett of Lugoff, Murray Clyde Hudson (Donna) of Lugoff and Randall Craig Hudson (Gina) of Lugoff; her sister Dorothy Mae Poston (Florence); her grandchildren, Tiffany Smith (Chris), Kim Truesdale and Murray Caleb Hudson; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Jr. and Nicholas Smith.
