It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Hogan (Camden, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper Hogan, Sr. and Myrlene Lee Hogan; and his brothers, Harry Wingard Jr. and George "Mac" Wingard. He is survived by: his daughter Keri Shirley (Colt) of Lugoff; his grandchildren, Macie Shirley and McKoy Shirley; his sister-in-law Ann Wingard of Camden; and his sibling's children, Julian Wingard (Nilca) of Parsippany, N. J., Georgie Elswick (Phillip) of Florence, Charles Wingard (Phyllis) of Sumter, Robert Gerald Wingard (Jessica) of Sumter, Susan Geddings (Anthony) of Sumter, Brandee Hornsby (Eddie) of Camden, Kevin Wingard (Lacey Henderson) of Kershaw and Jennifer Garrett (Jordan) of Gaston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Kidney Foundation or Beulah United Methodist Church.
