He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tillman and Rachel Branham Huggins. He is survived by: his brother Craig Huggins (Cecile) of Camden; his niece Samantha Huggins Mills; his great-niece Macy Kate Mills; his cousin Jackie Huggins of Camden; and also, Michael Huggins and Rebecca Morrison (Jim). He is also survived by numerous other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
