It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Ernest Medlin Jr. of Camden, South Carolina, born in Bishopville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ernest Medlin, Sr. and Nora Alexander Medlin; and his siblings, James Medlin, Harriett Folkers and Lois Geiger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cyndi Wright and Angie Elliott (Mike); and his grandchildren, Charles Sims, III, Wesley Sims, Connor Elliott and Kennedy Elliott.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the family has decided to have a small memorial service for immediate family only at a later date.
