With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie Joe Fox of Camden, South Carolina, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Fox and Edna Lutes Freeman; and his siblings, Wanda Fox, Eugene and Harold Fox.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Catherine Hoerr Fox; his sons, Stephen Fox (Jennifer) of Elgin and Michael Fox (Meline) of Camden; and his grandchildren, Patrick Wade Fox, Mathew Thomas Fox, Ashley Marie Fox and Amanda Nicole Fox. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
