She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul and Anna Barczinski Novak; her husband Ludwik Mazurek; and her sisters, Anna Lisa Nova and Greta Weija of Breisland, Germany..
She is survived by: her children, Christa M. Johnson (Gerald) of Dalton, GA and Joe Mazurek (Lucy) of Rembert, SC; her grandchildren, Mike Johnson (Dana) of Huger, SC, Russ Johnson (Brandy) of Ooltewah, TN, Beth Johnson of Chatsworth, GA, Anna and Mary Mazurek of Rembert, SC; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Mazurek, Brandon Smith, Abby Johnson, Emma Johnson, Kaden Johnson and Luke Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Karesh Long Term Care Facility, or to the charity of one's choice.
