He is survived by: his spouse Ovea Brittain Rudd; his children, Shawn Rudd (Jennifer), Heath Rudd (Julie), Charles Matthew Oakley (Melody), Candice Currie, Joseph Nelson, Jessica Mcleod (Josh), Laura Shoup (Tim), Matthew Nelson (Savanah) and Brittany Campbell (Nate); and his brother Larry Rudd (Ann). He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
