It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Anita Kelly of Cassatt, South Carolina, born in Bishopville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lynwood Carroll "Sam" Dail and Bobbie Lee Outlaw Dail; and her sister Kris Boothe. She is survived by : her husband Carroll Haney Kelly; her children, Jeff Harrop (Stephanie) of Cassatt, S. C. and Tiffany Capell of Bishopville, S. C.; her grandchildren, Taylor Harrop, Shane Goins (Raena), Tara Kelly and Lindsey Kelly; her siblings, Travis Outlaw (Carolyn) of Cheraw, S. C. and Renee McLawhorn (Alton) of Kinston, N. C.; and her brother-in-law Raymond Boothe of Florida.
