He was predeceased by: his parent Cleo Timmons Singletary; his daughter Loy Singletary; and his brother Oliver Donald Singletary. He is survived by: his parent Loy Hopper Singletary; his children, Jill Singletary Guscio (Frank), Tim Singletary of Cayce and Walter Lee Powers of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Kelly Elizabeth Byrd Wood of Spring Hill, Neil Franklin Byrd of Gainesville, Cory Joseph Guscio of Clawson, Skylar Powers and Nicole Powers Ramirez (Frank); his great grandchildren, Ethan Wood, Austin Wood of St. Petersburg, Grant Ramirez and Kaden Ramirez of Phoenix; his sisters, Gertrude Elizabeth "Libby" Singletary and Betty Jo Singletary Barbre; his siblings' children, Loy, David, Clifford, Philip, Claude, Don, Bruce and Kathy Grizzard; and his friend Greta.
