He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Franklin (Ben) and Ada Murphree Abercrombie of Central; and his siblings, Inez, Beatrice (Bob), Ada, Rufus, Frank and Roy.

He is survived by : his wife Anna Abercrombie; and his uncle Oscar.
