With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ann Mizell Heinsohn of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles William Heinsohn; her parents, Sidney Webber Mizell and Nolie Infinger Mizell; and her siblings, Sidney Mizell and Carolyn Mizell Wiggins.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Heinsohn Allison (Stan) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Ernie Heinsohn of Adams Run, SC and Chuck Heinsohn (Kathy) of Meggett, SC; her sister-in-law June P. Mizell of Hanahan, SC; her grandchildren, Kate Allison Wilkins (Stuart), Leigh Allison Youngblood (Ty), Dylan Heinsohn and Megan Heinsohn; and her great grandchild Iris Allison Wilkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Johannes Lutheran Church.
