He is survived by: his parent Grace Tharpe Ogle; his wife Phyllis; his children, Rene Whipple (John) of Columbia, SC, Bobby Ray Ogle and David Michael Ogle of Charleston, SC; and his siblings, Charles Ogle of Phoenix City, AL, Donald Ogle of Albany, GA, Ronald Ogle of Atlanta, GA and Mary Jane Bailey of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
