He is survived by: his parents, Charles Hoyt, Jr. and Martha Hills Chandler; his wife Jenny; his children, Chase Mills (Emma), Alli Rhyne (James) and Logan Mills (Archie); his grandchildren, Rowan, Maddox Mills and Anna Lee Rhyne; and his sisters, Elizabeth Kurek and Gracie Martin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
