He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Calvin Allen, Sr. and Bessie Mae Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Allison Allen (Vernard) of Summerville, SC, Alexis Bednar (George) of Charleston, SC and Matthew Allen (Sarah) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and his grandchildren, Raomi and Miles Bednar.
