He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Taylor Evans; his parents, Jack Clarkson Evans and Violet Hausrath; and his brother Alan Evans. He is survived by: his children, Jack C. Evans (Kathy) of Charleston, SC, Mark Evans (Chris) of Springfield, VA and Dana Evans Amberge (Kyle) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor Meyers (Jordan), Savannah McBride (Jerry), Emily Evans, Jonathan Evans and Andrew Evans; and his sister Ann Evans Mazeau (Sandy) of Burlington, CT..
