It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Dyann Palmer of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Drake and Louise Lewis Drake; her sisters, Debbie Childers, Regina Anderson and Cindy Perkins Pincock; and her grandson Destin Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Janell Carlow Schrader (Mark) of Charleston, SC, Kristina Goodall (Dean) of Dickinson, ND and Scott A. Fruehling (Stacia) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her stepdaughters, Deborah Gray, Catherine Palmer Finkbeiner (Wayne) of California, Ginni Stafford (Ben Sr.) of Arizona and Tina Palmer Cooper (Jeff) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Bentley Lyman Carlow, Grayson James Carlow, AvaGrace Dyann Carlow, Leah Eloise Fruehling, Lauren Elizabeth Fruehling, Colt Parson, Ricky, Michael Gray, Gavin, Gwen Finkbeiner, Ben Stafford Jr., Abi, Mindy Stafford and Trevor Cooper.
